Valley Dairy/Valley Car Wash is locally owned by Farmers Union Oil Company of Moorhead. Valley Dairy consists of nine convenience stores in Grand Forks, ND and East Grand Forks, MN. Seven of their locations offer convenience store items and gasoline; the other two locations feature convenience store items, as well as newsstand and tobacco products.

There are four Valley Car Wash locations. Two car wash locations are attendant operated exterior-only locations, while another location offers a full service (interior/exterior) car wash for vehicles. The fourth Valley Car Wash location is a touch-less car wash attached to their 4701 South Washington location.
